    Very good hotel, higher price segment, super location. Not recommended for shopping addicts ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-), because of direct access to the MBK Center.

    Very helpful staff! We arrived very early and, according to the guidelines, were only entitled to our room from 3 p.m .. since we had traveled with a small child, the staff tried very hard to shorten the waiting time .. we were able to get into the room at 11 a.m .. TOP!

    All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Special mention to the Bellboy who delivered our bags and then provided directions on his City map with what to see, how and when - fabulous service.

    I liked that most of the staffs knew how to converse in English and are very friendly towards everyone. Taxi will be called for you by staffs and comes in less than a minute. It is very conveniently connected to MBK center. The suite room is very beautiful and comfortable.
